Contract for Legal Services

This Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned parties, hereinafter referred to as “Client” and “Law Firm”.

1. Scope Services
The Law Firm agrees to provide legal representation and advice to the Client in all matters related to indigenous law and rights, including but not limited to land disputes, treaty rights, and cultural heritage preservation.
2. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Law Firm for all services rendered at the rates agreed upon in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Appendix A.
